X1GJ16 is a 16-slot rack-mount gigabit media converter chassis launched by Shenzhen Xallcom Technology Co., Ltd. which can accommodate up to 16 slide-in(plug-in) media converter modules X1111N-MBJ or X1111N-SBJ. This media converter chassis can achieve long-distance transmission of 16-channel signals for Gigabit copper ports by being fully equipped with 16 slide-in media converter modules in local, and working with 16 pieces of desktop media converters in remote.
X1GJ16 has dual AC220V power supplies including one primary and a backup power. It also has overload protection, short circuit protection, over-voltage protection and insulation protection. It is an ideal product for extended transmission of multi-channel networks.
Product Features
The chassis has 16 slots and can support up to increase network distances of 16 channels.
It has dual AC220V power supplies to ensure system reliability.
The 16 slots in the chassis all support hot swappable plug-in media converters.
The copper ports of the plug-in media converter modules support 10M/100M/1000M full/half duplex.
The built-in high-efficiency switching chip in the media converter reduces broadcast storms, has CRC error checking, address filtering, and network segmentation capabilities.
It supports jumbo frames of up to 9K bytes. It has broadcast storm protection, balanced traffic flow, collision isolation and error detection.
The entire system operates in a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C.
