X6144N-X： 4*GE Copper 4*GE Fiber Mining intrinsic safety switchboard

X6144N-X is an intrinsically safe and intelligent industrial grade switch for mining, launched by Shenzhen Xallcom Technology Co., Ltd. It is a gigabit 4-photonic 4-photonic switch Board, non network management type, providing 4 channels of 10/100/1000BASE-T electrical ports and 4 channels of gigabit optical ports (1 * 9 with built-in single-mode dual fiber SC interface)The optical module is equipped with an 8-bit microcontroller that can be configured with multiple functions and adopts an embedded installation method.
The entire board adopts ① anti overcurrent, ② anti overvoltage, ③ anti static, ④ slow start circuit, ⑤ anti reverse connection, ⑥ fanless, ⑦ main chipLow power consumption, ⑧ anti overheating, a total of eight protection designs, meet insulation withstand voltage of 500VAC, common mode 6K surge/differential mode 2K surge of network port
The technical requirements for anti-static contact 6K comply with intrinsic safety standards, meet coal mining industry standards, and can adapt to methane and coal dust explosions
A stable and reliable Ethernet network connection solution can be provided for users in coal mine underground areas with a mixture of gases.
The input voltage range is 12-24VDC, the operating temperature is -40~80 ℃, the storage temperature is -40~80 ℃, and the relative humidity is5%~95% (no condensation), PCB size (width * length): 68 * 101mm.
