The serial converter XS013-422/485 launched
by Shenzhen Xallcom Technology Co., Ltd. is designed to achieve active isolation
conversion from RS-232 to RS-485/422. It is based on FPGA and powered by a
2500V isolation voltage DC-DC isolation power supply. It does not use serial
port stealing technology and uses high-speed optocoupler isolation for
communication signals. The device comes with circuit short circuit and data
error detection functions. The RS485/422 interface has three-level lightning
protection and a communication distance of up to 1800 meters, which is widely
used in complex industrial systems.
