2). Product Description
XWC5000X-S is the (802.11ax) standard Wi Fi 6 protocol. This product uses an industrial grade IPQ5000 chip and can support 2.4GHz (2 × 2) +5.8GHz (2 × 2) Dual frequency simultaneous service, with a machine speed of up to 1.775Gbps. The hardware design of the product meets the requirements of intrinsic safety. The highly reliable multi-level power protection and port protection design can ensure that the XWC5000X-S wireless product can work in harsh industrial control environments for a long time.
In terms of application, the XWC5000X-S has excellent wireless coverage performance and strong anti-interference. It also supports millisecond level Mesh seamless fast switching roaming technology and cascaded ad hoc network technology, providing a stable communication environment with low latency, high bandwidth, high concurrency, and fast roaming for wireless communication. It is widely used in underground wireless communication systems.
The XWC5000X-S supports omnidirectional/directional antennas and dual RF 2.4GHz+5GHz simultaneous operation, with a maximum speed of 575Mbps in the 2.4GHz frequency band and 1.2Gbps in the 5GHz frequency band. The overall speed can reach 1.775Gbps;
Support 1 × GE electrical port (LAN), 1 × GE electrical port (WAN), 1 × GE optical port, with the option to expand 5G internet;
Supporting Ethernet interface 6KV overvoltage protection, operating at a wide temperature range of -40 ℃ to+75 ℃, fully meeting industrial grade usage requirements;
The external antenna port supports 5KA antenna feed lightning protection;
Low-power electronics of the whole machine, WIFI single machine full load power consumption ≤ 9W, extended 5G Internet full load power consumption ≤ 2W

Wi Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard
802.11ax is the latest generation of IEEE 802.11 Wi Fi standard, which can enhance user access capacity and bandwidth in high-density access scenarios, reduce business latency, and enhance wireless transmission experience;
Support 2.4GHz+5GHz dual frequency MU-MIMO, enabling AP to send data to multiple terminals simultaneously, and doubling the utilization of wireless spectrum resources;
Supports 1024QAM modulation, with a 25% improvement in data transmission efficiency compared to 802.11ac;
Support OFDMA technology, using different subcarriers to transmit data to multiple terminals at the same time, reducing latency and improving network efficiency;
Support spatial multiplexing technology to reduce co frequency interference;
Support the target wake-up time mechanism, allowing for negotiation of wake-up time between AP and terminals, saving energy consumption and conflicts;
Mesh flexible networking, fast and seamless roaming and switching
Adopting advanced Mesh ad hoc network technology, it ensures that the network does not drop after the device drops within an effective antenna coverage range. At the same time, it also supports wireless ring networks and hybrid networking. Fully supporting 802.11kvr routing node roaming and switching technology, millisecond level high-speed switching accelerates the rapid deployment of wireless networks and channel switching selection, providing effective support for wireless mobile communication solutions.
It is commonly used in patrol robots, outdoor automatic driving, and auto drive system of mine trams to realize the 50 millisecond fast roaming function and real-time data transmission without packet loss.
