The SC coal mine of Shandong Energy New Mining Group has a mining area of 26.2 square kilometers. The main development method is mixed development of inclined shafts and auxiliary shafts. The approved production capacity is 1.2 million tons per year, and the current production level is -210 level and -800 level. Coal products mainly include refined coal for smelting, clean coal for power, washed and blended coal, and raw coal, which are good coking coal. The mine has won honors such as National Special Quality Standardization Mine, Modern Mine, National Top Ten Coal Mines in the Coal Industry, National Civilized Coal Mine, Industry Level One Safety and High Efficiency Mine, and Excellent Coal Mine for Technological Development.
The mine has established a high reliability local area network with a fast self-healing ring network using the Xia Yu mining network management industrial switches X9146-X and X9188-X. At the same time, various sensor data is received through the RS485 serial port of the switches. This management system is based on the high-speed network above and below the mine, and comprehensively perceives and integrates information such as personnel (personnel positioning, wireless communication), equipment (comprehensive automation), and environment (safety monitoring, mine pressure monitoring, etc.) of the mine. It uses intuitive and visual applications (equipment monitoring configuration, personnel positioning, mine comprehensive information electronic map system, video surveillance images, etc.) to operate and manage the mine.
